PRIVACY
privacy policy
This is how 2C Web Support and FORMA 22 handle your personal data. We process as little data as possible and only for a clear purpose.
1. Who are we?
2C Web Support is a sole proprietorship. FORMA 22 is a trade name of the same business. In this privacy policy, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to both 2C Web Support and FORMA 22. We are responsible for processing personal data as described below.
Do you have a question about privacy? Email us at info@2cwebsupport.nl.
2. What data do we process and why?
contact form and email
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we process your name, your email address, the subject and your message. We only use this data to answer your question and, if you wish, to discuss a quote or collaboration with you. We do this on the basis of your consent (the checkbox on the form). If you become a customer, we process your data to perform our agreement.
spam protection
To protect the contact form against spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. This processes technical data, such as your IP address and information about your browser and device. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest: a secure form without spam. Read more in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum from Cloudflare.
visiting the website
Our hosting provider keeps technical log files, such as your IP address, the time of your visit and the pages requested. This data is needed to keep the website secure and working properly. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest.
3. How long do we keep your data?
We keep messages sent via the contact form and email for up to 12 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for the assignment for as long as we work together. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, we keep for as long as the law requires.
4. Do we share your data with others?
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to run the website and email:
- Internettoday (internettoday.nl): hosting of the website and email, on servers in the Netherlands.
- Cloudflare: spam protection of the contact form (Turnstile). Cloudflare is an American company, so data may also be processed outside the European Union.
Beyond that, we only pass on data if the law requires us to.
5. Cookies and fonts
We do not use cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking visitors. We only place one functional cookie, c2b_consent, which remembers that you have seen the cookie notice. This cookie contains no personal data and expires after 6 months. You can always reopen the notice via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
The fonts on this website are loaded from our own server, so no data is sent to Google or other parties. WordPress only places functional cookies when you log in to the website’s admin area.
6. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites, such as the projects in our portfolio and the WhatsApp button. If you click such a link, the privacy policy of that other party applies. The images in our portfolio are hosted on this website itself.
7. How do we protect your data?
We take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (https), spam protection and restricted access to the website’s admin area.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing and have your data transferred. If you have given consent, you can always withdraw it.
Send your request to info@2cwebsupport.nl. We will respond within one month.
Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
9. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The latest version is always on this page. This version is dated 28 October 2026. This is a translation; in case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
