SETTING UP EMAIL
Set up your email.
Your business email on your computer, tablet or smartphone, step by step.
What details do I need?
When you set up your email, every app asks for roughly the same details. Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name.
- username: your full email address
- password: the password of your mailbox
- incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com, IMAP port 993 (SSL/TLS)
- Outgoing server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, port 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL/TLS), signing in with the same username and password
Preferably choose IMAP: your mail then stays on the server and is the same on all your devices. With POP3 (port 995 with SSL/TLS), your mail is downloaded to one device. We advise against ports 143 (IMAP) and 110 (POP3) without encryption.
Using webmail
You can also read and send your email in the browser, without setting anything up. Send us a WhatsApp message or email info@2cwebsupport.nl and we’ll send you the link to your webmail.
